Please make this payable to Almas Maan. Ensure your order number is stated on the back of the cheque. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared which can take up to five working days of banking.
PAYPAL- Email Payments Option.

For this you don’t even need a PayPal account to pay us. Once your order has been processed an email will be sent with instructions on how to pay using PayPal.

Our delivery rates are based on the total weight of your order. All delivery costs include postage, packaging and handling. Prices of Item include delivery charge.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail services. Recorded Delivery will be used. A signature will be required so please ensure someone is at delivery address to accept the parcel.

Items will be despatched on receipt of payment. Please allow 3 -7 working days.

In due course we will be offering special gift wrapping service if you are intending to buy as gifts for loved ones, family or friends. Prices for this service will be available nearer the time.
Colour Disclaimer
Designs and colours may vary slightly. Colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewellery ordered.

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor.

A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and medium.

Kurta tops, please dry clean only. Avoid any direct spray of perfumes and fragrances.

Handbags, dry wipe only. Loss of decorative embellishment may occur under normal wear and tear.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Faulty items: We take great care in checking all items before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an incorrect or faulty item is sent, please contact us via email at within 24 hours of receipt to rectify the error.

Unwanted Items: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding P&P), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging. When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage certificate which is available free of charge from any Post Office

Before returning an item to us, you must obtain a returns authorisation number via email to This will help us to speedily process your return.

Please ensure a copy of the original invoice is included or a note with your name, address, invoice number and the items being returned are included with the parcel. We will refund via method of cheque or paypal once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 7 days).

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged.
